Agent Assistant - Talent Management
$24.00 per hour
9:30-6:30
Long term temporary assignment
Must have experience assisting a talent manager or studio executive.
We are looking for a sharp and reliable Talent Management Assistant with experience supporting busy creative executive. This is a great opportunity to jump into a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage heavy scheduling and coordinate meetings for casting sessions
- Liaise with agents, talent reps, and production teams
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Maintain organized files, headshots, and submissions
- Assist with call sheets, talent correspondence, and session prep
- Provide general administrative support (roll calls, emails, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in a casting or production office is required
- Top-notch organizational and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace and humor
- A calm, composed presence—even when the inbox says otherwise
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Google Workplace; experience with casting databases is a plus
This position is 100% in the office where there may be paid OT
