ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • We're seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Account Executive to fuel revenue growth by closing new business and retention deals. This role requires a proactive approach to customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. If you excel in identifying opportunities, converting leads, and maximizing customer lifetime value, we'd love to meet you

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the full sales cycle for new and existing customers, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Engage with potential and current customers to understand their needs and showcase how our solutions drive their business growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer accounts
  • Manage renewals to ensure high retention and minimize churn
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on optimizing capital usage and maximizing growth
  • Proactively address customer concerns and maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and deals in the CRM system
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention targets

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales-driven role, ideally in fintech, eCommerce, or financial services
  • Financial experience and the ability to provide strategic insights to clients
  • Strong ability to manage the entire sales process from start to finish
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on revenue generation
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Smart, articulate, and able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to take ownership of revenue targets
