Job Description
I'm seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to lead and manage commercial interior build-outs and bank construction projects across Dade and Broward County.
This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a sharp eye for detail, and knows how to drive projects to completion — on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on commercial interior and bank construction sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Conduct site walk throughs, inspections, and progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven track record with interior build-outs.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
